Description

The park is comprised of three stones with plaques, with flags behind in one corner. The main portion of the park is made up of an outer semi circle and an inner circle, separated by a road. On the outer portion there are four granite post with words: SPIRIT, INTEGRITY, PRESENCE, and HEART. The inner circle has a light well surrounded in granite blocks.
